En tant que chef d'équipe de production chez Surgmed, vous veillerez au respect des procédures opérationnelles standard, ainsi qu'à l'assemblage des produits en produits finis dans une installation de production nouvellement construite. Ce poste ne nécessite pas d'expérience préalable et est facile à occuper.

- As a Production Worker Team Lead at Surgmed, you will ensure standard operating procedures are followed, as well as assembling products into finished goods in a newly build production facility. This role doesn’t require previous experience and is easy to perform._

**Ce dont vous serez responsable**:

- Assembler des produits et des composants pour en faire des produits finis.
- Faire fonctionner l'équipement de production
- Respecter les procédures opérationnelles standard de la production quotidienne
- Lancer la production sous forme de bons de travail
- Enregistrer les rapports de production et d'entretien de l'équipement
- Contrôler la qualité des produits en cours de fabrication et des produits finis
- Veiller à ce que les protocoles de la salle de nettoyage et de l'atelier de production soient respectés à l'entrée et à la sortie.
- Contrôler les performances de l'équipe, former et communiquer les observations et les préoccupations au superviseur.
- Respecter les directives en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Démontrer les valeurs fondamentales au sein de l'équipe
- Maintenir un poste de travail propre et ordonné
- Créer et maintenir un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif

**Exigences particulières**:
L'environnement contrôlé de la fabrication de produits médicaux exige le port d'un filet à cheveux, d'un filet à barbe et de chaussures:

- Le port d'un filet à cheveux, d'un filet à barbe et de couvre-chaussures (tous fournis).
- Ne pas porter de maquillage, de vernis à ongles et de parfum.

**Horaires de travail**:

- 37 heures par semaine
- 15 h 30 à 23 h 30 du lundi au jeudi
- 15 h 30 à 23 h 00 vendredi
- **What You’ll Be Responsible For**:_
- _Assembling products and components into finished goods._
- _Operating production equipment_
- _Adhere to daily production Standard Operating Procedures_
- _Initiate production as work orders_
- _Log reports of production and maintenance of equipment_
- _Quality control of in process and finished goods_
- _Monitor the proper cleaner room and production floor protocols are followed when entering or exiting_
- _Monitor Team performance, Train and communicate observations & concerns to supervisor_
- _Follow health and safety guidelines_
- _Demonstrate Core Values throughout the team_
- _Maintain a clean and orderly workstation_
- _Building and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment_
