**OVERVIEW**
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager (M/F/d) to oversee the IT infrastructure of our subsidiaries in North America. The IT Manager will work closely with external IT service providers and serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters. The role’s main focus will be to unify and further develop the IT systems while ensuring operational excellence and reliability.

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure for all subsidiaries in North America
- ▪ Collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
▪ Act as the first point of contact for all IT issues and escalations within the organization.
▪ Analyze, optimize, and upgrade the existing IT landscape.
▪ Develop and implement IT standards and guidelines to unify systems and processes.
▪ Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.
▪ Proactively identify and resolve IT problems, both at the strategic and operational levels.
▪ Hands-on approach: Actively participate in the implementation of improvements and technical solutions.
▪ Lead and support IT projects such as system integrations and cloud migrations.
**Requirements**:
▪ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
▪ Several years of experience in IT administration and IT infrastructure, preferably in an international environment.
▪ Proven experience in working with external IT service providers.
▪ Strong knowledge of network technologies, cloud solutions, and IT security.
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
▪ Ability to think strategically while also working operationally.
▪ Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international team.
▪ Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
