**Requirements**:

- An understanding of and an exceptional ability to perform all technical aspects of dispensing prescriptions is essential.
- Experience in a clinical, small business community pharmacy setting is PREFFERED.
- Must enjoy working closely with the pharmacist and other team members to provide one on one care to our patients.
- Excels in the competency of the pharmacy assistant duties and desires a personal relationship with patients.
- Must have the same vision of providing our patients with an extraordinary health experience.
- Has the ability to multitask and truly understands critical thinking.
- Must be able to work EFFICIENTLY in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare medication orders for patients
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into the computer system
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

'''Qualifications'''
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or related role is PREFFERED
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
