**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments, maintain property appearance by cleaning facility daily, perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure units are clean, properly locked and rent ready.
- Travel between locations will be required within a reasonable distance. Access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.

**Responsabilités**:

- Confirmer les réservations, procéder à la location des unités d'entreposage, présenter les contrats de location et percevoir les paiements de location.
- Maintenir l'apparence des lieux en nettoyant l'installation quotidiennement.
- Vérifier quotidiennement les unités d'entreposage pour s'assurer qu'elles sont propres, correctement verrouillées et prêtes à être louées.
- À noter : des déplacements entre les lieux seront nécessaires dans un rayon raisonnable.
