Overview:
Expansion of GTM/Marketing Operations team. Purpose of the role is to provide analysis & insights for the Marketing organization. The analyst will work directly with Marketing leadership to support leadership’s decision-making process by resolving and providing guidance on key GTM strategies. This role will also work collaboratively across other GTM functions including Sales and Partner Success to ensure alignment across all functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, maintain, improve, and analyze the reporting for demand generation, lifecycle, brand, and website to provide regular performance updates to Marketing Leadership
- Lead more complex reporting and analysis projects including ROI analysis for both short-term and long-term lookback periods (ie. LTV:CAC)
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership during experiment creation strategies to ensure the team can accurately and effectively measure and analyze new strategies
- Manage recurring planning cycles to provide Marketing Leadership with the data required to inform strategic decision making

Qualifications:

- Experience as a business analyst, preferably within a SAAS business and/or as a Marketing analyst
- Experience with managing multiple projects and initiatives across concurrent projects
- Inclination towards solving problems and articulating findings from complex datasets to communicate insights & translate into actionable next steps
- Confidence in presenting an unbiased opinion to Leadership in both written and oral form to provide an independent opinion of next best steps
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert proficiency with Excel and/or Tableau

**Valued but not required**:

- Marketing analyst in former title
- Experience in evaluating $10m+ of spend
- Excellent visualization creation experience, ideally with a background with Tableau
- Experience in a SAAS company
- Quantitative or financial background (statistics, accounting, finance)
