Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Helper to join our construction team. The Carpenter Helper will assist carpenters and other tradespeople in various construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality workmanship.

**Duties**:

- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of work areas.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
- Aid in the installation of structures such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
- Support in the repair and maintenance of wooden structures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or willingness to learn construction painting, blueprint reading, concrete forming, flooring installation, masonry, and other related skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Familiarity with hand tools and their safe usage.
- Capability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience as a carpenter or carpenter helper is a plus.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
