**Le rôle**
- Assumer la responsabilité d'une partie déterminée des assortiments et groupes de produits en bois d’œuvre et matériaux de construction.
- Soutenir les équipes de mise en marché et exécuter diverses tâches pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques
- Aider à gérer les relations et animer les interactions quotidiennes avec les fournisseurs en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les marchandiseur(euse)s
- Soutenir l’analyse des données pour stimuler l’activité à l’aide de recherches et de rapports réguliers, en identifiant les occasions d’amélioration conformément aux stratégies relatives aux produits et aux catégories
- Analyser les tendances d’affaires et déterminer les occasions d’amélioration
- Recommander les améliorations aux équipes de marchandiseur(euse)s
- Développer et maintenir une solide compréhension de l’industrie
- Contribuer à des tactiques précises liées aux catégories et les exécuter
- Prendre des décisions concernant les produits des groupes de catégories attribués, au besoin
- Assister dans l’implémentation des stratégies mise en marché et des activités promotionnelles en ligne pour les PRO et les services d'installation, au besoin

**Les compétences que nous recherchons**
- Baccalauréat (B.A. ou B. Com.) ou diplôme semblable
- Expérience professionnelle éprouvée (au moins 2 ans) dans le domaine de la mise en marché en ligne ou dans un poste similaire, notamment dans le marketing numérique, la mise en marché, la gestion des catégories ou les fonctions d’expérience client (de préférence dans un environnement de commerce de détail ou de commerce électronique)
- Très bon esprit d’analyse, notamment : connaissance des outils d’analyse pour la mesure des performances, interprétation des résultats, détermination des améliorations et formulation de recommandations pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et améliorer le taux de conversion
- Expérience avec des outils d’analyse Web (p. ex., Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics) (de préférence)
- Expérience de travail avec plusieurs fournisseurs
- Compétence avec Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, tableaux croisés dynamiques)
- Expérience avec la plateforme Jira un plus
- Minutieuse et capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanées de manière efficace
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes
- Sens de l'initiative, attitude proactive et capacité de travailler dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement et sans cesse.
