Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, professional and customer-oriented Client Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and assistance during their Real Estate journey. The position requires time management, amazing interpersonal skills, organizational skills and problem solving to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Duties
- Reception duties, including answering the phone courteously, and ensuring that all calls are properly routed.
- Greeting everyone in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain appearance of the reception area and common areas of the Office
- Provide detailed and timely responses to all associates, clients, brokerage, and staff questions and concerns.
- Responsible for the client care aspects of the Real Estate transaction process.
- Booking/Scheduler for: signage, photos, handyman, staging and third party providers and confirm with agents & sellers, in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Planning of Company Events for staff and for clients.

Key Skills
- Experience with Brivity / CRM software -an asset
- Ability to be efficient and effective in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Great verbal and communication skills
- Understanding of real estate administrative practices
- Excellent administrative skills
- People-oriented, positive, high energy.
- Neat, clean, professional appearance

Qualifications:
Education/Experience Requirements:

- High School Graduate
- 2+ years Real Estate Administration is an asset
- Experience in customer service, real estate preferred.

Join our team as a Concierge to create memorable experiences for our clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
