We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who has experience in supporting pharmacy operations to join their well-supported and fully staffed team to oversee their high-volume pharmacy through effective management of delivery, staff resources, finances and overall patient care. This Pharmacy offers a full scope of services typical of a community pharmacy setting and offers this Pharmacy Manager a wonderful work/life balance with a schedule oriented around daytime hours during the regular work week (with additional weekend shifts only as required by needs and staff availability) in addition to a competitive compensation package including performance incentives. This pharmacy operation utilizes both high levels of automation and highly trained and knowledgeable staff to achieve great levels of efficiency and reliability.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required. Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Proven experience in service excellence in pharmacy service delivery and patient care through direct staff management and the creation of a strong and directed workplace environment
- Experience with management of a large team of staff including pharmacists, licensed technicians and assistants, including coaching, delegation and associated HR responsibilities as required
- Experience with working alongside the team as required to support operations and service
- Supporting business planning and plan implementation at the pharmacy level to maintain and grow the pharmacy business
- Completing administrative duties relating to pharmacy management, reporting and related
- Coordinating the overall operation and daily activities in collaboration with other leaders at the facility and in the organization as a whole
- Working level knowledge and comfort with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Satisfactory criminal reference check is required
- Ability to remain organized and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contact, both orally and in writing
