**Description de tâches**
- Prévenir le vol à l'étalage en établissant une forte présence de sécurité.
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
- Effectuer des tâches de sûreté et de sécurité avec les plus hauts standards de professionnalisme et d'intégrité
- Remplir les rapports d'incident à des fins de sécurité
- Répondre aux urgences et transmettre les informations nécessaires aux forces de l’ordre au besoin
- Répondez rapidement aux bris des règles de sécurité et de sûreté, aux dommages matériels et aux alarmes.
- Un permis de sécurité valide
- Connaissance des 5 étapes pour anticiper les voleurs à l'étalage
- Expérience avec les arrestations et les détentions
- Expérience en sécurité dans le commerce de détail
- Expérience du service client
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Volonté d'assister aux réunions et d'améliorer ses compétences
- Capacité à travailler sans supervision étroite
- Doit être à l'aise de se tenir debout et patrouiller pendant toute la durée du quart de travail

Are you committed to protecting your community? Blackbird Security is seeking to hire **Weekend Tactical Security Guards in Montreal, QC **for various retail sites.

**What you will do**
- Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft
- Document theft and other security violations
- Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A Valid Security License
- A keen interest in asset protection
- Willing to stand/ patrol for the duration of the shift
- Previous security experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills’
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Must be willing and comfortable to stop theft
- Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifters
- Use of Force Training and certificate
