**In your role you will**:
¨ Connect with and develop helping relationships with youth

¨ Support and offer guidance to youth

¨ Supervise youth in the home

¨ Complete documentation

¨ Perform administrative and cleaning duties relating to the operation of the home

¨ Participate in on-going program development

¨ Completion of a Degree/Diploma in Human Services

¨ Six (6) months of directly related experience with youth/family work

¨ Equivalencies may be considered

¨ Standard First Aid-Level C CPR+AED

¨ Police Information Check; including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)

¨ Children Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

¨ Valid Class 5 drivers license, current drivers abstract, reliable vehicle and auto insurance are required

¨ Strong relationship building skills and de-escalation techniques

¨ CARE (Children And Residential Experiences) training is an asset

¨ Ability to assist with personal care

¨ Desire to see youth succeed

**Starting Rate of Pay**: $24.65-$27.74 per hour; depending on experience and education
