We are a leading wholesaler of produce products in the country. With our massive growth, we are looking for a Data Entry Clerk - Biller who will be responsible to bill customers accurately and in a timely manner to ensure receipt of invoices by them.

**Schedule**
Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm

**Duties**
- Create invoices and credit memos according to company standard practices
- Verify billing transactions
- Send invoices to consumers
- Interact with the sales team, shipping and order entry departments on a day-to-day basis
- Filing of billing documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable
- Accounting/Business/Commerce or relevant college diploma
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve problems as they arise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
