Technical Writer

Victoria, BC (Hybrid)

**Requirements**:
Create job aids, knowledge articles, workflow diagrams and training material for IT Service Management operating procedures and processing.

a) Proven working experience in technical writing of job aids, knowledge articles, workflow diagrams and training materials;
b) Attend working sessions during business hours (PST) (between the hours of 0800 and 1700) using MS Teams and or in person to gather information and conduct interviews;
c) Identify audiences for documents and structure the documents appropriately;

f) Perform copy edit on requested documentation

g) Excellent written skills in English

h) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8W 1M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical Writer: 3 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Victoria, BC V8W 1M3
