We are looking for a _**customer-oriented**_, _**motivated**_ individual to join our professional team as an entry-level **Shop Helper **at **Hub Equipment (Specialty Division of Cooper Equipment Rentals)** in **Etobicoke, ON**

**Please note, to be considered for this position applicants should currently be residing in Canada and legally entitled to work.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Your primary responsibility is to ensure our heavy-duty construction equipment is clean (inside & out) when it goes out on rent. This includes pressure washing the exterior and detailing the interior of large equipment including excavators, bulldozers, off-highway trucks, etc.
- Periodically pick up parts and /or deliver to job site.
- Assist in keeping the shop clean.
- Participate in safety initiatives.
- Assist Heavy Equipment Mechanics as required/as time permits.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- Ability to operate heavy-duty high-powered pressure washer over long periods of time (physically demanding).
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
- Valid G driver's license in good standing (you will be required to provide a copy of your driver’s abstract upon request).
- You are a self-starter who is able to work independently. You enjoy keeping busy and doing whatever is needed to help out.
- You are curious to learn new things & understand more about the business and the equipment.
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
- Experience with heavy equipment is an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
