Our office is a small boutique litigation law firm specializing in criminal and employment law. We are rapidly growing and are seeking a keen articling student to join our practice. The position offers an initial annual salary of $45,000 for articling.

The ideal applicant will have an interest in litigation with a focus in our areas of practice. We have two offices, with our primary office in Whitby, ON, and a secondary office in Newmarket, ON. The articling term will be a hybrid of working from home as well as in office.

Our office does serve clients all across the Greater Toronto Area, and attendance at the various courthouses across the GTA may occasionally be required. Therefore, access to a motor vehicle is necessary.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Law Degree and Qualification to complete Articling (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitby, ON
