Fresh Start Health Retreat Centers is a small business in Campbell River, BC V9H 1E8. Our goal is to help those who are tired of quick fixes and ineffective approaches and are ready to transform their health and lifestyle naturally. Fresh Start Retreat is a true healing place with a caring heart. We specialize in 4 types of programs: Physical Health (ex. COPD, arthritis, IBS), Emotional Wellness, Quit Smoking, and Detox and Recharge.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

This opportunity is for a natural health professional with a passion for a whole-person healing approach and who enjoys promoting the service he/she believes in (this is a sales position, though a background in sales is not essential). Your main responsibility is alignment consultations with prospects inquiring about Fresh Start retreat programs and leads follow-ups. It is not a cold-calling position, but some new lead generation will be required (mostly by contacting referrals of current guests).

**HOURS**

Workload: 4-5 8-hr. days per week, 8 am-5 pm.

Work Days: Tue to Sat or Wed to Sat.

**MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED**

Clients book for our programs when they see a deep understanding of their health conditions and their root causes. Interest and understanding of both physical and emotional health is the #1 requirement for this position. A common-sense approach and alignment with the company values are a must, some scientific background is a bonus. To excel at this position, you will need:

- Extensive Coaching or Consultative Sales Background (ex. 5 yrs. F/T selling health services or health coaching).
- Knowledge in the area of physical health and a good understanding of emotional health. You do not need to be a super pro on all health topics, but you are an avid researcher and enjoy constant learning about health.
- An Asset: Relevant Training/ Credentials (ex. Natural Health Consultant, Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Herbologist, Health Coach, LPN, RN)
- Technically savvy - advanced online systems user; you'll need to master Infusionsoft CRM by Keap and enjoy the leverage of systems.
- An Asset: 3-4 yrs. University Degree.

Creative communicator: you feel comfortable on the phone with prospects, and nurture leads without pressure while knowing how to close/ bring to a decision timely.

While being compassionate and getting deep, you are able to stay on time and keep documentation organized.

Self-Care and Ability to Consistently Carry the Load. You've mastered energetic recharges and it greatly helps you stay the course when carrying a significant load of responsibility on a consistent basis. You know how to prevent being drained when speaking with some severely depressed, angry, or distrustful leads.
