**Key responsibilities**:
**Strategic Direction**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy in the region
- Plan and evaluate marketing activities by blending global vision with localized strategies to cultivate a strong, community-driven presence in North America
- Ideate, justify, and rigorously test marketing activities
- Manage and maximize the local marketing budget, ensuring strategic and impactful resource allocation aligned with our growth objectives

**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead the local marketing team by curating their work, implementing new processes, and enhancing existing ones to ensure the department's success.
- Synchronize plans with the sales department, supporting proactive collaboration to drive holistic growth and market influence

**Brand Integrity**:

- Safeguard our brand's reputation and cohesiveness in the local market, creating meaningful and resonant connections with our audience
- Elevate brand awareness in the local market by conceiving and executing captivating health and wellness-centered projects that engage and inspire our audience

**Market Outreach and Engagement**:

- Support regional and local events, orchestrating engaging event promotion plans
- Strategically support sales activities, focusing on consumer reactivation, dealer acquisition, and orchestrating engagements that resonate with the regional audience
- Manage the effectiveness of performance advertising and lead data-driven decision-making to optimize our market positioning and customer engagement.
- Devise and implement a compelling strategy for training the local dealer network, embedding them with a deep understanding of our products and business ethos

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Native American English speaker
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Proven success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in a related industry, particularly in health and wellness or network marketing
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and drive performance within a team
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative and compelling marketing plans and initiatives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively convey brand messaging and strategy
- Proficient in data analysis, insight extraction, and performance assessment to perform strategic decision-making

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
