Turanich Acquisitions Management Inc. is hiring for the role of property administrator. In this role, suitable applicants will possess the following workplace experience and strengths:

- Ability to work in a team setting;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Punctual and reliable;
- Familiarity with creating and editing spreadsheets, both on Microsoft Excel and/or Mac Numbers;
- Assisting on the preparation of budgets, reserve fund studies, and property signage;
- Assist with organizing various projects, obtaining trade quotes, and providing onsite reports;
- Organized communication with clients, building managers, trades personnel, and other team members;
- Strong computer skills on Mac and/or PC

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
