**Title: Junior Coach**

**Job Summary**:
Junior Coaches will be responsible for assisting the Soccer Coach with field set-up, running drills, and organizing and running small-sided soccer games for players U5-U16. Junior Coaches will be on the field with players teaching fundamental soccer knowledge and maintaining the rules of play. Junior coaches will be provided with a weekly session plan to assist them with leading the players through drills and skills prior to game time.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- _Follow weekly session plans_
- _Field Set up/ Take down_
- _Assist with coordinating and running drills and skills_
- _Lead small-sided soccer game_
- _Encourage players to participate and have fun_

**Desired Skills**
- _Current or Previous athlete or coach in soccer or other sporting activity is considered an asset_
- _Ability to demonstrate basic soccer skills is an asset_
- _Ability to lift minimum of 25 pounds_
- _Outgoing and engaging_

Part time Position

Monday 4:30-8:30pm, Tuesday 4:30-8:30pm, Wednesday 4:30-8:30pm, Thursday 4:30-8:30pm, Friday 5:30-8:30 pm

Hourly Rate: Dependant on experience and qualification
