Sales and Operations Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the region.
- Set sales targets and objectives for individual hotels, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with the hotel sales teams to identify potential markets, develop pricing strategies, and create sales plans.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate hotel sales teams, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives, including online and offline channels, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Oversee the operations of multiple hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel managers to streamline operations, optimize revenue management, and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses of the hotels within the region.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices across hotels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality industry.
**Requirements**:
- Several years of experience in hotel sales, operations, or a related field, preferably with experience in a management role.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including sales techniques, revenue management, and operational processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and sales software.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
