**Sales Administrator**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented sales administrator to join our growing software company. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot system, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, providing support to our sales representatives and customers, and compiling monthly sales reports. You will also collaborate with other departments to meet organizational requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the software industry. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as a strong knowledge of HubSpot and other CRM software. You should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot system, including user and license management, support, training, and system upgrades
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries and liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records and develop monthly sales reports using HubSpot’s reporting tools
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally and ensure sales targets are met
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features and identify new product lines to add to our offerings
- Coordinate with the marketing department to create and distribute promotional materials, such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, and webinars
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field is a plus
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, HubSpot Administrator, or Sales Support Agent in the software industry
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and other CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and best practices
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Certification in HubSpot or relevant field is a plus
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
