**Business Overview**

The FRESH IT Team is responsible for the implementation of third party and in house developed reporting solutions for the Liquidity, Finance and Risk sponsors. Their scope of responsibilities includes the interaction with multiple stakeholders, project management, business analysis, technical support and development of IT solutions in line with best practices established by CIB and the BNP Paribas group.

**Responsibilities**

Lead and manage the FRESH platform in Canada and assist the FRESH Americas Lead.

In order to guarantee the performance of solutions or services required by the Business or Functions, the Transversal Manager will
- Lead the team, organize and guarantee that work within the scope of responsibility is properly completed
- Lead the communication for the FRESH team with Head Office and within FRESH (Agile roll out.)
- Play a role of coordinator and technical expert on OFS deployment and roll out
- Monitor and Manage resources in accordance with schedules, budgets and quality standards

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Lead the team, organize and guarantee that work within the scope of responsibility is properly completed**
- Manage and lead multiple teams of project managers/business analysts out of multiple locations including US, Montreal and/or Mumbai
- Contextualize and relay information from Executive Management to the team
- Lead the team and guarantee local management for team members. Assist them in their entity’s transformation. Present, explain and adapt the objectives set for their scope
- Set objectives, define operating methods and organize work for teams in line with the resources allocated
- Coordinate and monitor all activities under their responsibility
- Promote teamwork, co-construction and cross-functionality
- Guarantee that methods are applied in their scope
- **Manage resources made available to them in accordance with schedules, budgets and quality standards**
- Directly manage Canadian teams under scope and provide day to day guidance and expertise
- Help define budget and monitor costs incurred for area of responsibility
- Participate in the company’s savings plan
- Make and report on decisions
- Build action plans and monitor implementation
- Participate in the definition, implementation and analysis of monitoring, performance and service quality indicators
- Report alerts depending on the governance established within the scope when the activity has an operational risk and propose necessary corrective action plans
- Take part in process improvement initiatives
- Manage available human resources to achieve the expected results in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
- Together with Procurement, ensure a contractual relationship within the framework of Procurement procedures and approved service providers
- Depending of their level of delegation, implement the necessary corrective actions
- **Play a role of coordinator and technical expert on OFS deployment and roll out**
- Contribute to OFS NAR work streams and deliver solutions and TOM as needed
- Manage, coach the team in the development of processes & resolution of issues
- Define and ensure the production of a set of Key Performance Indicators for the team with the objective of providing an overall production process health assessment as well as performance metrics
**Professional knowledge and Expertise**:
**Required qualifications**
- Extensive experience working in the Finance services industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Able to work with, and present to senior stakeholders.
- Broader perspective of innovation around Finance IT in the market place.
- Good understanding of finance reporting and accounting, evidenced by a finance qualification or long term practical experience in a finance function
- Strong analytical/problem solving mind-set, with the ability and willingness to get into the detail to find solutions when necessary
- Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of stakeholders worldwide.
- Open-minded, willing to suggest, adapt and try new ideas

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams
