**Job Overview**:
**Specific duties would include, but are not limited to**:

- Coach and supervise the gym floor.
- Assist with gym front desk reception duties as required.
- Promote fitness events, classes and personal training to members.
- Help to facilitate group exercise classes both in person and online via Zoom.
- Design customized fitness programs for members.
- Conduct fitness appraisals and gym orientations.
- Perform punctual opening and closing of the facility following appropriate security procedures.
- Attend team meetings.

**Job Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma within Fitness or related field and/or equivalent experience; experience in private club is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
