**Marketplace Medical centre & MedSpa **is a leading Family practice, Walk-in clinic as well as a Medical Spa located at in Milton. We have been serving the community for over seven years and know for excellence in Healthcare.
We are looking for a friendly and professional **Medical Office Assistant **to join our great team team of three providers & three office assistants and provide Quality customer & healthcare service, excellent administrative support and clinical assistance.

**We are seeking an individual who is**:

- Friendly, approachable, and patient-oriented, whether you are welcoming them to the clinic, speaking with them over the phone or addressing/resolving a concern.
- Able to handle various administrative responsibilities and manage completing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery of tasks for all stakeholders (patients, medical staff and supervisors).
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and in fast pace environment
- Impeccably organized and can adhere to the systems & procedures of the office to facilitate effective operations.
- Eager to actively seek out opportunities to improve the overall patient experience, while aiming to maximize clinic performance and growth organically.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of One year medical administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a fluency in English.
- Strong customer service skills, solid work ethic and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop)
- Possess good social media skills and comfortable with marketing & following up with our MedSpa leads.
- Experience using an EMR/CRM - preferably Accuro
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays) based on business needs

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
