We’re looking for a **Marketing Specialist - 12 Month Contract** to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile
**Job Description** In this role you will**:

- Play a key role in managing the end-to-end process for radio promotions and local marketing campaigns
- Lead the radio promotion strategy and creative execution which includes writing creative briefs for radio partners, reviewing creative as well as providing and seeking feedback from key internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promo prizing delivery to our radio partners and manage timelines to ensure that each promo is on-time, in-full, and within budget
- Lead the local marketing strategy and creative execution which includes writing creative briefs and work alongside internal stakeholders to develop the ideal local marketing media mix and tactics
- Review creative and lead the campaign through to final in-market execution ensuring on-time delivery and within budget
- Liaise with marketing, merchandising, sales and eCommerce teams as well as external creative and media agencies
- Analyze the performance of each local marketing campaign to discover our return on investment, and key learnings to carry over from each campaign
- Support various partner and vendor focused initiatives including attending weekly status meetings, assist in the execution of various sales collateral for events and sales programs

**Qualifications** The Qualifications and Experience we like to see**:

- University/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with knowledge of traditional and digital media including social; working in retail environment and writing creative briefs would be a definite asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, project and time management skills
- Highly organized, motivated team player with the ability to work in fast pace environment with conflicting priorities and timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
