**Position: Member Services Representative**

The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the credit union. Member Services Representatives will assist members with their daily banking needs, answer questions, handle complaints, and general inquiries about GVC Credit Union products and services.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Assist members with their daily banking needs
- Answer all inquiries in a prompt, accurate and friendly fashion
- Answer member questions about products and services
- Process requested transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow proper safety and security procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be a team player Other staff will also assist as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
