**Your Opportunity**:
An exciting leadership opportunity at the Sturgeon Community Hospital within Critical Care, the Patient Care Manager (PCM), reporting directly to the Site Director, SCH, provides operational and clinical leadership and support to Unit Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators and front-line staff, to ensure the delivery of high quality, patient/family centered care.

**Required Qualifications**:
Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline and 5 years management experience in an acute care setting is required. Current registration with applicable professional College required. Excellence in transferable/” soft” skills, including communication, teamwork and problem solving required. Equivalencies may be considered.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Proven coaching and mentorship skills required as well as excellent conflict resolution and communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Power Point, and Word required; as well as working knowledge of Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with Project Management and Lean Leadership is an asset. Experience with Connect Care, ESP, e People, e Manager, Oracle is an asset.
