We are looking for a Personal Support Worker who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our next Personal Support Worker will thrive in a culture made for caring where being flexible and possessing strong customer service skills will drive the success of their role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Support Worker or a new grad that is looking to gain experience in the field.

We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities (Day shifts/ Evening shifts/ weekends shifts) in Guelph.

**This position may appeal to you if**:

- You will be the responsible for the day-day management of the client care plans.

You will be responsible for queuing client medications.
You have a passion for making connections and being able to build relationships and rapport with the clients you work with.
You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under mínimal supervision.

You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
You have a safety first mindset and understand the importance of ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your clients.

- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You are currently certified as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
