Department Overview Motorola Fixed Video provides trusted security solutions to the global market. This division of Motorola comprises the Pelco and Avigilon brands. Together, they design, develop, and manufacture video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Our solutions have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.
Job Description Motorola Fixed Video is seeking a dynamic and selfmotivated Knowledge Manager. This is a fulltime position that will join our Knowledge Management Team to assist with Avigilons Knowledge and KCS Programs.This position will primarily focus on the Solve Loop of KCS, but will assist with the collaboration between teams engaged with knowledge.

Responsibilities include
Support and help expand the Knowledge Centered Services KCS program through VSA and across brands

Launch Quality program across knowledge and develop the knowledge support voice & tone

Assist with the Knowledge Domain Expert KDE Program to ensure our knowledge base is curated and grows, filling knowledge gaps and ensuring consistency

Assist with the KCS Coaching Program to ensure our knowledge base is curated and grows, filling knowledge gaps and ensuring consistency

Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the new knowledge management programs by measuring usage and evaluating impact in terms of the organizational benefits reporting

Act as a representative of Knowledge, Customer Experience, and Customer Communities across all brands and expansions

Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Analytical experience to gather key business and user insights

Quick learner who is detailoriented and very organized with the ability to multitask

Project Management skills

Skilled with Salesforce Knowledge, Service and Experience Clouds

Experience working with agile teams

Basic Requirements

**Required Skills**:
Bachelor39;s or Master39;s Degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Management, Technology

243; years of experience with documentation writing, knowledge base management or digital content creationmanagement

Previous experience with Knowledge Centered Services KCS programs required.
