As a community pharmacy technician at Accès Pharma, you would take part in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including, among others, inventory management, technical staff management, organization of the pharmacy, filling prescriptions, laboratory management and customer service.

DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the person in charge, i.e., the pharmacist, you will be charged with several technical and administrative tasks within the community pharmacy framework:

- Prioritizing patients of the pharmacy and phone consultations in accordance with established criteria, one’s best judgment, the situation at hand and available resources;
- Following up with patients regarding current or chronic health issues;
- Drug and other product inventory management;
- Hiring, supervision and assessment of technical staff;
- Identifying training needs for the technical staff and setting up required training sessions;
- Development, publication and modification of work processes while ensuring compliance with various legal, professional and normative requirements;
- Ascertaining conformity of prescriptions;
- Management of renewal requests;
- Participation in the implementation of customer satisfaction measurement tools and execution of customer service assessments;
- Pharmacy costs and budget management;
- Order preparation management;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be of legal age (18 years or older)
- Must be proficient in the French language, both spoken and written
- Must hold a Diploma of College Studies in Pharmacy Technology (or a prior learning and competencies recognition)

ASSETS:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a position of a similar nature
- Knowledge of English or other languages
