**What You'll Do**

At Chick-fil-A, Kitchen Supervisors are responsible for embodying the Vision & Values of Chick-fil-A North Barrie by leading through example and ensuring excellence in hospitality and operations. We are looking for driven, critical thinker leaders who are passionate about working as a team and developing systems to improve our day-to-day operations.

Applicant must be willing to learn all positions in the kitchen operations before stepping into leadership responsibilities. Applicant must have previous management experience.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible but not limited to the following duties:

- Embody our Vision & Values
- Set team goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins
- Communicate effectively, share ideas, and take a positive approach to all situations.
- Create a LEAN & SAFE culture and mindset
- Hold BOH team members accountable to all policy standards, ex) timeliness, grooming, cell phones, uniforms etc.
- Train and develop Team Members in all areas and systems.
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain a culture of Food Safety and Safety & Security
- Work in Operations during peak hours to assist the team and build unity
- Ensure good stewardship of facilities through proper training in cleaning & care of equipment
- Solve problems in a timely manner
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

**HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have appropriate transportation for scheduled shifts
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must have at least 1+ years of experience in leadership
- Available to work 40+ hours a week
- Available to work from Monday to Saturday
- Must be able to work in-between the hours of 9 AM to 12 AM
- Must work well under pressure
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Open to receiving constructive feedback
- Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment
