**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Process reservations and cancellations while maintaining an organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while providing exceptional guest services.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality software and phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
