**Responsibilities include**
- Communicate, administer and process CDS buy ins;
- Prepare and review Short sale reporting;
- Manage Lending & Borrowing desk functions using Loanet;
- Reconcile & balance control accounts daily;
- Daily reviewing and completion of Seg Reporting
- Back up to USD Settlements Administrator
- Complete General administrative duties as required.

**Education & Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with securities settlement including settlement of Canadian, U.S., and foreign trades;
- Post-secondary education is an asset.

- Daily working hours begin at 6:00 am PST
- Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications;
