Paralegal Instructor

**HOURS: 8 TO 12 PM and or 1 to 5 PM (ONSITE)**

**PAY: $27 Hourly**

As a Licensed Paralegal Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the academic success of our students and advancing our college's mission. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of engaging and impactful duties, including:

- **Dynamic Instruction**: Delivering engaging and effective instruction aligned with the program's objectives and curriculum, ensuring students gain comprehensive knowledge.
- **Fair Assessment**: Consistently and fairly evaluating student performance to promote growth and development.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of curriculum and instructional materials.
- **Student-Centric Approach**: Supporting administrative functions at the campus to enrich the overall student experience.
- **Exemplary Conduct**: Upholding the high standards and values of the college, serving as a role model for our students.
- **Active Participation**: Engaging in college and program activities to foster a vibrant learning environment.
- **Practicum Oversight**: Monitoring and evaluating students during practicum and clinical placements as required by the program.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**
- **Educational Prowess**: Possession of a degree or diploma from a recognized University or College in the field of Paralegal law or legal administration.
- **Practical Expertise**: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of practical, hands-on experience in the field.
- **Instructional Know-How**: Either a minimum of 1-year instructional experience or certification in adult learning to effectively impart knowledge.
