About the Role:
As a Commercial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the commercial systems that support our business operations. You will collaborate closely with various commercial areas and local and global IT teams to ensure that our systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development & Deployment:

- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for Commercial Systems new development in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Define user acceptance testing scenarios and participate in testing to ensure solutions are working as expected before deploying to business users.
- Support the training needs of the business with training material and messaging while ensuring materials are kept up to date and available to users.
- Commercial Systems Support:

- Provide support and troubleshooting for commercial systems. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure reported issues are prioritized and communicate next steps to appropriate commercial areas.
- Analyze current commercial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Process Management:

- Ensure process integrity by documenting business processes and reinforcing consistent adoption and execution by all stakeholders.
- Review and keep up to date process documentation to validate and facilitate implementation of any system changes.
- Data Integrity & Reporting:

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data from commercial systems to external source is properly maintained for data integrity.
- Support in the requirements gathering for new reports development for all users of the data produced by commercial systems.
- Generate reports and analyze the data that will support business decision making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and provide system solutions that support their objectives.

What We're looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a systems analyst role, preferably within a commercial or business environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in commercial systems software, data management tools, and reporting software. Strong understanding of system integration and optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex systems and data to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in relevant systems or technologies would be an asset.
- Project management experience would be an asset.

For this position, the salary range is between $82,450 to $92,610 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
