**As our Subprime Sales Consultant**, you will be responsible for assisting customers with credit challenges in securing vehicle financing and purchasing a vehicle. You will utilize your knowledge of subprime financing options to create a positive buying experience while building relationships and trust with clients.
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Evaluate customers’ credit situations and explain subprime financing solutions clearly and effectively.
- Implement effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the dealership’s inventory, features, and benefits of vehicles to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Assist customers with the necessary paperwork for financing and vehicle purchase, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Subprime automotive sales
- Knowledge of subprime financing and lending practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and handle objections.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management software.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
