**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and inside sales.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer requirements and present suitable product offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate terms of sale with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement within the sales process.

Pay: $58,042.00-$67,865.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
