Tree Pruning Supervisor

Looking for a responsible and motivated person to supervise our crew of Christmas Tree Pruners for the summer. This position is better suited to an adult or mature college/university student, but we would be willing to consider someone younger with the right experience and qualifications.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, from July 2nd through to August 30th.

Regular duties consist of:

- Overseeing a group of (mainly) students
- Ensuring work is being completed properly, and in a timely manner
- Scheduling and ensuring regular breaks are taken
- Transporting your crew to the fields using a company supplied vehicle
- Ensure health and safety practices are being followed, and report any issues to management

This job takes place outdoors, and is rain or shine. Must be able to work on your feet for long periods. No uniform required, but please dress appropriately for the weather. Must provide own rain gear.

Valid Ontario G class license or out of province equivalent required.
