**Position Summary**

We are looking for a sales manager with proven experience and methodology to grow our small team of ITAD account managers and better integrate ITAD services into the overall company.

**Responsibilities**
- Hire, train and oversee a team of dedicated ITAD account managers
- Create internal channels to allow other sales departments within the organization to share data, leads and sales with your team and vice versa, with the goal of leveraging existing customer relationships to sell more ITAD services and create product for other departments to sell
- Create and manage relationships with key national suppliers and establish opportunities to use our massive buying and logistics advantage to enhance your ITAD service offerings
- Create and manage an equitable territory plan that allows every account manager sufficient room for growth, account movement and room for future team members
- Assist account managers on large, complicated deals through coaching, mentoring, direct contact with customers when necessary and smoothing internal barriers to ensure the sale is successful
- Create and manage a live sales pipeline, for budgeting but more importantly to ensure other departments have adequate material and throughput capacity to support your sales and ensure satisfied customers
- Manage account manager activity to ensure steady and consistent growth and territory coverage, customer satisfaction and support to other departments
- Find and negotiate agreements with strategic partners that enhance your department’s offerings, ability to service customers or create any advantage over the competition
- Work with our marketing department to help them create and refine appropriate and sufficient marketing collateral to grow sales and support your team
- Coach and develop your account managers so their consultative sales skills and ability to navigate complicated deals improves consistently
- Work with our internal training department to create a program that you can use to speed up and increase the starting skill level of new account managers for your department
- Work with other department managers to ensure all functions are performed and yields, margins and customer satisfaction is maintained through lengthy sales processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and work with development resources to improve internal practices and systems
- Develop, document and ensure sales policies, operations procedures and best practices for your division

**Education & Skill Requirements**
- Experience and proven success leading a team of ITAD sales professionals
- Deep market knowledge of the ITAD industry
- Experience with market development, sales strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to monitor and adjust team activities to ensure sales goals
- Ability to analyze, present and use data to make advantageous decisions and provide clarity to the rest of the management team
- Presentation and sales skills to help with key accounts and national relationships
- Aptitude and experience mentoring and coaching sales staff
- Skilled in CRM best practices and an ability to articulate needs to internal development
