Communication skills and outgoing personality is key.

At The Doctors Maison de Mode, we pride ourselves on offering an elegant and sophisticated shopping experience. Our store, located in a historic downtown building, was once the luxury residence of renowned endodontist Dr. Rita Kilislian and celebrity management consultant Andy Curnew. Today, it has been transformed into a stunning art gallery that houses our exclusive selection of global brands. With Starbucks on site, and the retail gallery by appointment only is above Caprotoro Restaurant, our location offers a vibrant and bustling atmosphere that attracts discerning customers from near and far. E-commerce shopping presentations can be done as well.

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit and leverage your tech-savviness to excel in sales and lead generation. We will not have customers or walk in traffic. We are looking for local professionals that seek to build a client base and not be bogged down with a per hour rate that isn't reflective of their contribution. We want hustlers and people that will service our clients to death. You must be familiar with luxury brands, whether you support those brands or not. This role is about selling lifestyle.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards that exude elegance and sophistication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion influencers, and the latest technological advancements to leverage them in your sales approach.
- Utilize digital tools and technology platforms to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-ups efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think outside the box and drive results.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and other digital tools for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse clientele.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for elegance and sophistication.
- Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with utilizing various software and digital platforms.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of a dynamic retail environment.
