**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Understand the basics of international border transfers.
- Assign work to open resources and assets and communicating to the site (Production Scheduling)
- Schedule shift meetings according to production need.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
- Follows OmniaBio’s policies, standard operating procedures and GMP documentation, and adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP’s).
- Collaborate with all teams (QA, QC, Warehouse, Manufacturing, F&E, Accounts Payable, etc.) to ensure that the schedule stays current and relevant and poses no risks to patients.
- Adopts the OmniaBio Operating Model and embraces a continuous improvement approach to all work activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 4-year college program plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior work in an ERP and other resource planning tools such as SAP are a plus.
- Experience working with manufacturing teams
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of scenario planning

- Proven experience in dealing in a manufacturing setting and dealing with 3PL dispatch teams
