Journeyperson Carpenter

**AS A JOURNEYPERSON CARPENTER, YOU WILL**:

- Build forms for concrete
- Cut, shape and join
- Look for and fix deficiencies
- Checks accuracy of works and makes adjustments as required
- Studies blueprints for work planning
- Constructs and forms chutes for pouring concrete
- Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level
- Acts as a work leader and mentors to apprentice carpenters
- Informs immediate supervisor of abnormalities or defects and/or takes appropriate measures

**Requirement**:

- Hold a valid Journeyman ticket
- ESC AWP
- ESC Fall Protection
- CSTS 2020
- ESC Confined Space
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- A/D testing

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $42.73-$42.74 per hour

- Journeyperson Carpenter ticket (preferred)
- ESC Fall Pro certification (preferred)
