**The Opportunity**

**What You’ll Do**

**Social Media**
- Maintaining the current level of quality and brand for each venue
- Develop and execute insightful social media strategy/campaigns over all platforms for all venues
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Monitor accounts, communicate with users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Monitor and upkeep 3rdparty platforms such as; Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google Business pages, etc.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
- Produce a monthly/bi-weekly calendar of posts across all platforms, projecting forward
- These will be shared with respected management for comment
- Measure the success of every social media campaign (organic and paid)
- Develop and produce monthly report of insights and analytics to be submitted to management and directors
- Keep up to date and on top of new trends and platforms

**Photography**
- Assist in curation of photoshoot mood boards
- Coordinate and capture original photos and videos on site at all venues
- Provide a variety of angles (flat lay, portrait, and landscape) options for each item(s) being photographed
- Capture key team members’ headshots, when needed
- Uploaded images to our Marketing server in respected venues folder
- Maintain and organize Viaggio Dropbox for image sharing with media

**Meetings, Admin, Onsite Presence**
- Work on-site 2-3 days a week to gather content and create relationships with staff
- Attend and contribute to marketing meetings
- Coding invoices
- Create and hold “Social Media 101” sessions with venue staff (managers, chefs, servers, etc )

**What You Have**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superior attitude
- Must have skills to develop creative, engaging social media campaign content to retain and attract new followers on social media.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to support marketing initiatives across all social media channels
- Be a Team Player working collaboratively with Operations supporting key initiatives, e.g., creative content that will drive followers to engage, react, and share (including contests and sweepstakes, wallpapers, character spotlight videos, holiday and special events, etc.)
- Expert social media knowledge with the ability to monitor, track and report social community metrics for marketing initiatives
- Skilful photographer that can develop and print photographs, adapt existing photographic images and create new digitized images to be included in multimedia/ news media products,
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
