Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual that loves working with youth in sport? Do you have cheerleading and/or tumbling experience? This may be the perfect job for you Boss Cheerleading is looking for organized individuals to coach a multitude of levels and classes going into the 2024-2025 Cheerleading season.

**Duties**:

- Provide coaching and instruction to individuals or groups enrolled in various classes
- Provide a positive experience for all athletes
- Develop and implement training programs to improve skills and performance
- Plan and organize practice sessions, drills, and competitions
- Evaluate athletes' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a a cheerleading or gymnastics athlete, coach or in a related role
- Strong knowledge and expertise in IASF cheerleading rules, stunt technique or tumbling technique and spotting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach athletes of different skill levels
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Criminal record Check
- Must obtain proper certification upon being hired
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
