Billyard Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Manager to join the team at BIG Head Office in Welland. The Personal Lines Manager position works support the success of the Personal Lines division across the company.
- The Personal Lines Manager will report to the Director of Personal Lines_

**What does the Personal Lines Manager do?**
- Responsible for leading, managing, and coaching the Personal Lines Support team while working towards achieving departmental goals and service levels
- Assisting with performance management of Personal Lines division, including strategic planning, execution and achievement of annual goals and quarterly objectives
- Provide technical support and guidance to Managing Partners and other individuals in the company as required
- Assist the Personal Lines Support team with client escalations and complex files through appropriate coaching, follow-up and thorough documentation
- Identify branch offices and brokers requiring help with mastering the Personal Lines process at BIG, provide support and organize additional training when required
- Help maintain and foster relationships with market partners and branch offices relationships, including attending and organizing support and product launch meetings and training
- Collaborate with Director of Personal Lines and Director of Learning & Development to create and develop new Personal Lines training and support material
- Understanding the changes in the insurance marketplace, and recommend course of action to help brokers focus on writing profitable and desirable business
- Compile, compose, transcribe and file correspondence, reports and documents as assigned by the Director of Personal Lines and the Executive Team
- Assist and support the Director of Personal Lines and the Executive Team through assigned projects and other operational functions as required

**Qualifications & Education**:

- RIBO Licensed
- Other Provincial broker licenses are an asset
- 15+ years Personal Insurance experience
- 5+ years Management experience is an asset
- CAIB, CIP, FCIP an asset
