**The Opportunity**

The Service Manager for Engineered Repair Services will be responsible for the preparation of service/repair estimates, the scheduling and coordination of service work (in house and field service). He/ She will be responsible for the supervision of a team of employees and ensures that the work produced meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.

**The Role**
- Responsible for day-to-day support and review of all service work & coordinate with shop employees regarding service work scheduling, troubleshooting and completion to ensure it complies with manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Execute initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximize efficiencies including service, warranty programs and parts operations at the branch.
- Responsible to review and issue all service invoices and billing,
- Review estimates, repairs, production orders; enter service part orders & MRO purchases when needed.
- Manage branch personnel performance, safety, training and customer service.
- Work with customers, suppliers and co-workers to fulfill service orders, technical issues or inquiries.
- Manage escalated customer inquiries and concerns.
- Support collaboration with other Wajax leaders in a larger branch environment.

**Education**: College diploma / Post-secondary education. Skilled trade certification or journeyman ticket considered an asset.

**Work Experience**:3-5 years related experience in Engineered Repair Service, parts, industrial hydraulics field; as well as 2-4 years in Management role.

**Knowledge**:Demonstrated experience working with and analyzing budgets and developing targets

**Proficiency**:demonstrated excellence in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite
