**Position Scope**:
The **Project Coordinator **is accountable for directing, organizing and controlling project activities under the direction of a Project Manager (PM).

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison between client and project appraisers
- Prepare timetables on projects
- Assign, schedule and manage subcontractors with budget guidelines
- Secure materials selection and accurate ordering
- Ensure that worksite is clean and follows safety guidelines
- Obtaining approval for all work and subtrades and any orders that have to be changed
- Preparation and correction of project deficiencies
- Site walk through and obtaining clients approval and sign off
- Adhere to project completion dates
- Report to and assist senior project managers
- Prepare weekly report on job progress, problems and solutions
- Coordinate the care/protection of client belongings during the restoration process
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as per the needs of the business (with availability for on call rotation)

**Education and Experience**:

- 3 years of work experience in the Construction/Restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial construction techniques and current building codes
- Strong drive to see project through to completion
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Proficient software skills - MS office suite
- IICRC (WRT, FSRT) is strongly desired
- Ability to work safely and efficiently within a team environment or independently
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Periodic travel may be required
- Valid G/G2 driver’s license

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
