**The position**:
Reporting to the store manager, the sales associate, a true ambassador of the company, will be called upon to welcome, advise, and retain customers, in addition to being a key player within the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience;
- Achieving their sales goals (SPH, DPT);
- Performing the necessary follow-up (quotes, open orders);
- Providing after-sales follow-up to customers;
- Becoming familiar with and respecting the inventory management process;
- Maintaining the store by carrying out the necessary maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Possessing at least 6 months of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent;
- Holding a high school diploma;
- Having a good ability to lift heavy loads;
- Being available to work days, evenings, and weekends;
- Comfortable working with computer systems.
