With over 50 years of experience, Drape Master is one of the largest drapery and blind cleaning companies in the GTA and one of the only offering a complete in-home take-down and re-hang service.

**Job Overview**:
Drape Master is a leading provider of garments, wedding gowns, drapery, and blind cleaning services. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Manager to lead our day-to-day operational activities. As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows for efficient business operations.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee cleaning processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and quality requirements.
- Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and wastage, maintaining accurate records.
- Train and supervise a team of cleaning technicians and support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule work tasks and manage employee attendance.
- Produce Wages and Working Time Statistics for reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly for exceptional service.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections of cleaned items.
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in all departments when needed.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in management.
- Self-motivated decision maker willing to help wherever needed.
- Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills.
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.

**Schedule**:
Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

We are located on the TTC bus route and only minutes away from the subway.
