**Modi Technologies Inc** is a leading IT service provider located in GTA. We are looking for a contractor IT administrator and field technician to join the team and provide excellent service to our customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of network equipment and cabling
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and solutions in a timely manner

- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Junior IT Technician will be required to work on-site at our location.
